I’ve been on a juice kick lately! It is so fun trying to new combinations, especially finding a way to get so many great fruits and vegetables into one drink. This is one my 2 year old and I just made. She was not too happy with me when I would not refill her glass because I had to save enough juice for a picture. :) Needless to say, the juice did not last long around here!
- 2 lemons, peel removed
- 4 kiwis
- 2 pear
- 1 cup of spinach
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Juice all the ingredients and serve over ice
If you need the juice sweeter you can add an extra kiwi or a little natural sweetener.
