Recipe: Juice

Adapted from Joe Cross' Mean Green Juice
- 4 celery stalks
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 lemon, peel removed
- 1 stalk of kale
- 1 tsp ginger root
- Juice all the ingredients
- Mix together
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
I like a lot of ginger in my juice, so I probably use 1 tbsp of ginger root but start with a little and add more if needed.
