Three of our favorite snacks are make-ahead snacks that are stored in the freezer. These would all make great after school snacks since you can make them ahead of time. Fill a freezer shelf with these and know your kids are coming home to something tasty and healthy. All three are no bake, healthy, vegan, gluten-free, and have just a couple ingredients. These are something every kid would like to come home to!
Frozen Grape Pops – put grapes on a lollipop stick, or any other long, thin sticks you can find at the craft or food supply store. Then put them in the freezer! This is a great one to have kids make. Once the grapes are frozen, they taste like sherbet!
Frozen Peanut Butter Banana Bites - four healthy ingredients, just a couple minutes of prep, and you have these super tasty little bites. Sweet, creamy, and filling, it’s almost like biting into a frozen peanut butter pie…without all the additives and added sugar!
Chocolate Granola Banana Pops – these are so fun to make and extra chocolatey…always a bonus in my house. I used Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips and double chocolate chunk granola to coat the bananas for this sweet snack.
