
On Labor Day, I ran a 10K that supported an autism awareness program. So many of the families out there said they are on a GFCF diet, or looking to change to one, and that change is not always an easy one. So for Gluten-free Friday, I wanted to gather some informative articles with substitutions and tips to help everyone find what they are looking for. Here are some links:

- Dairy and Gluten Substitutions from Living Without – this is a great resource with flour blends, substitutions for dairy products, eggs, nuts, and guidelines for using guar gum and xanthan gam.
- Gluten-Free Baking Tips and Substitutions from Gluten Free Goddess – this has some flour blends, along with substitutions for eggs, sugar, and dairy, along with tips for cooking gluten-free.
